2013–2017 Audi B8.5 S5 Headlight Intake / Headlight Delete – DIY 3D-Printable STL File Pack

The 4RS B8.5 S5 Headlight Intake / Headlight Delete DIY STL File Pack is a digital 3D-printing package for builders who want to print, finish, and install their own headlight intake setup.

This is not a generic STL. The design was developed specifically around the Audi B8.5 S5 headlight geometry and features our clean, non-lighted configuration.

Our completed, professionally printed and finished version starts at $400. This DIY file pack is intended for experienced users who already have the appropriate printer, materials, time, and ability to print, prepare, finish, and install the part themselves.

RECOMMENDED MATERIALS

For installed automotive use, we recommend heat-resistant, engineering-grade materials such as:

• PAHT-CF

• PA-CF

• Nylon-CF

• ASA-CF

• ASA

• PETG-CF for mockups or properly finished applications

PLA is not recommended for installed automotive or engine-bay use.

PRINTING NOTES

This is an advanced DIY file pack. Final fitment and finish quality will depend on your printer, filament, slicer settings, calibration, shrinkage compensation, support setup, post-processing, and installation.

Large-format 3D-printing experience is strongly recommended.

Sanding, trimming, drilling, filling, priming, painting, clear coating, or minor fitment adjustments may be required.

When printing with PAHT-CF or PA-CF, shrinkage compensation may need to be adjusted in your slicer. A common starting point is approximately 100.5%–100.7%, but the correct setting will vary depending on your printer, filament, and printing environment.
