Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation Policy (IMPORTANT)
All orders are subject to a minimum $75 cancellation fee once checkout is completed, regardless of order status.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative, processing, and preparation costs and is non-negotiable.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

Cancellation fees are deducted from any eligible refund

Orders that have entered processing, production, or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation at all
2. General Return Policy
All returns must be authorized and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA

Return instructions and address will be provided upon approval
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and uninstalled

In original packaging
-
In the same condition as received
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Custom or made-to-order products

Special order items
-
Final sale items

Products clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout
4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances:

Custom or personalized products

Products listed as “Special Order ONLY”

ABT, CTS Turbo, Four RIngs Society and other brand-restricted products

Sale items and gift cards
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos and your order number
We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund if warranted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

Submit an RMA request

Exchanges are subject to availability

Approved exchanges may require a separate purchase
7. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method except for carbon fiber products, including but not limited to carbon fiber hoods, fenders, diffusers, trunks, aero components, and any other carbon fiber–related items, which are non-refundable once an order is placed.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A minimum $75 cancellation fee will be deducted where applicable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact sales@fourringssociety.com.
8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
9. European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Items must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.
Cancellation fees and non-returnable item restrictions still apply where legally permitted.
