2. Shipping Times
Standard orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. However, certain items, especially custom orders or special orders (e.g., Carbon Fiber, Four Rings Society, ABT products, CTS Turbo products), may have extended shipping times and may take up to 80 days to ship. Estimated shipping times are provided on each product page for your convenience.

3. Domestic Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options, including standard, expedited, and overnight delivery within the domestic region. Delivery times and costs vary based on your chosen shipping option, location, and product type.

4. International Shipping
International orders are subject to shipping charges based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Items marked as “Special Order ONLY” are custom-made and cannot be canceled or returned once ordered. These items require extended shipping times, which can range up to 80 days depending on the product and manufacturer’s schedule.
