This is not a generic STL. This file pack was developed specifically around the Audi B8.5 S4 headlight shape and includes both the no-lighting version and the with-lighting version, along with supporting files for mounting, and lighting features.

The finished printed and finished version starts at $400. This DIY file pack is for experienced 3D printing users who already have the printer, material, time, and ability to print, prep, finish, and install the part themselves.

For installed automotive use, we recommend high-temperature engineering-grade materials such as:

- PAHT-CF
- PA-CF
- Nylon-CF
- ASA-CF
- ASA
- PETG-CF for mockup or properly finished use

PLA is not recommended for installed automotive or engine bay use.

PRINTING NOTES:

This is an advanced DIY file pack. Final fitment and quality depend on your printer, filament, slicer settings, calibration, shrinkage compensation, support setup, post-processing, and installation.

Large-format printing experience is recommended.

Minor sanding, trimming, drilling, filling, priming, painting, clear coating, or adjustment may be required.

For PAHT-CF / PA-CF users, shrinkage compensation may need to be adjusted in your slicer. A common starting point is around 100.5% to 100.7%, but your printer and filament may vary.
